I have worked with many clients, with varied needs, from international athletes, to those rehabbing hip replacements, others who just feel their training has stalled. I have helped people find a new love for the gym and enjoy seeing the confidence that it brings when they know they are doing an exercise programme that will work for them.

 

1 Session

A one off session can give you a topline plan, with or without gym equipment - you choose. During our session we will discuss what your individual needs are and I will provide a plan that works in whatever setting you are going to workout in, gym or home.

 

3 Sessions

Get healthy

A 3 session package will allow for an indept assessment of your needs and can include some guideance on nutrition, if desired. You will have the opportunity to try your plan between sessions and we can amend and expand it, to insure it ticks all the right boxes!

 

6 Sessions

The most popular package. With 6 sessions we have time to set meaningful and achievable goals. We will cover your physical, nutritional and lifestyle needs, ensuring lifechanging results. This package will primarily focus on your training needs, for a more nutritional focused plan, please have a look at my nutrition packages.

 

Classes

In Studio or Online Classes

I offer a wide range of class styles, including Strength & Conditioning and Pilates - Level 1, 2 & Rehab.

  • Online Classes

    There are 5 classes available across the week. You can join live or follow the recording a at a time that suits you. Choose from Fusion Pilates, 30 mins Pure Core, Pilates with Props, fast or slow Mat Pilates. There is something for everyone!

  • Studio Pilates Classes

    I offer a range of classes at The Rehab Rooms in Deansgrange and at St Brigid’s Parish Hall, Cabinteely. Both venues are bright, clean and airy. Small class sizes allow personalised modifications of exercises, if needed.

  • Workout with Friends

    Exercising with friends is a great way of committing to your fitness and having fun with people who share your goals. I can help you find the right place, the right exercise and the right mix of fun & fitness!
