Suitable for people with back and/or neck pain, or who have had a previous injury. Also suitable for beginners or people returning to exercise after a break. The exercises work all muscle groups to develop core strength and overall endurance and flexibility. Attendees will be encouraged to use props and modifications to help them perform the exercises in a way that suits their own body.
